Horrible customer service, 0 communication

Never heard from anyone regarding my order. I called multiple times and was told I have to wait.

Fast forward to 8/26/22 where no one told me a replacement was being sent to me since my first table was accidentally damaged in transit. I needed the table by 8/26 so I said Id like to cancel the order. They proceeded to tell me they were going to charge me a cancellation fee and when I asked for a supervisor was told us going to take 24-48 hours. Needless to say nobody contacted me.

Worst customer service, 0 communication and wont cancel my order free of charges.

Site is a total scam. Dont trust them.

Terrible and still after a year have not received my items

Manager is completely terrible! Its been over a year and I still do not have all my pieces to my bedroom set.

They sent me broken furniture and told me Im not allowed to refuse it or they would charge me!! Theyre crazy! Ive complained Ive reported and the manager is completely unprofessional! $4000 I have paid for this set and over a year still dont have 3 pieces!

Its beyond awful! Do not use this company!!!

Unauthorized charges and Unwarranted charges for incomplete order notice

To the Customer services

I have field a complaint with the BB board, due to your illegal practices in charging customers , and never showing proof of order shipped and charging unwarranted cancellation fees.

There was a single email from your customer services, stating that my order is incomplete and that I needed to verify billing and shipping to complete order . There was never any email or notice about a shipped order or notices of such kind.

The next day i get an email , stating that I was charged $900 , for an order I never agreed to complete,

To take this matter further, you never resolved my request for analysis of your unwarranted cancellation fees.

You stated that a 3rd Party would do to do what, what does.

that even mean ? You are extorting customers 0 order proof, and then you can't justify your charges ?

Next I will report the full fees you are holding as unauthorized charge, since you never produced or have shown proof that order was shipped., and request from my bank to seek refund owed.In the entire business world, an incomplete order means just that, not a right to go ahead and charge customers, when so the company never had an intention to send the order or provide proof of it.

Please reply to my email with your solution.

I suggest you look up the BB complaint bureau and their filling.

And I am not the only ones ,you have treated so poorly and charged for non existent merchandise.

Agent placed the wrong order

Order number 912****

Agent placed my order over the phone. We agreed on the Dacy Steel furniture and I was charged accordingly.

The furniture that was delivered was not what I chose. Was actually on paper that I ordered that particular set which I didnt. The agent placed the order. When I checked what I believed was ordered.

It was discontinued and no longer available. I also paid for additional warranty for Ashley furniture. I believe the substituted because mine wasnt available. Now they want to charge me $900 for restock fees on their error.

Mind you I bought a $5000 bedroom set a few months ago. They screwed that order up as well and took them an extra month to get it situated.

They shipped to wrong address. Then tried to charge a rerouting fee of $400

Damaged furniture sent twice

I order a bedroom set Memorial day they delivered the bed two weeks later. DAMAGED..

I sent the furniture back. than it took another 4 weeks before the sent another one. but instead of sending a whole new bed set they sent the same damaged set and wanted me to accept the Damaged set and expected me to wait again for them to correct the problem that should of been corrected before they reschedule the delivery again. what's the *** I spoke with a representative(Neil K) before they ever schedule the second delivery and explained to him just sent me a new set.

He just kept insisting that the repair would be taken care of...Seriously!!! repairs...it's should be a brand new set. I want a full refund.. And I explained that if it came a second time I just want my money back.

I will be making a report with the Better Business Bureau. No one should have to go through this much trouble for a bedroom set. If it's damaged you replace it with a new one or give the customer back there money. I just moved into a new apartment and now its 3 months without a bed.

I called the company after the delivery guy left the second time and of course there was no one in to answer my call ( Saturday).

I don't do reviews but my head is so frustrated with the simplicity of stupidity in a furniture company as if I should just wait until they get it right...they should of got it right the first time, however I understand mishaps...but then you send the same furniture back to me again.. REALLY!!!

Received wrong chair/recliner by way of over the threshold delivery, 1Stopbedroom is blaming Ryder Transportation and of course Ryder is placing the blame where it belongs, on 1Stopbedrooms. I'm a reasonable person so I understand mistakes happen, but to leave an unwanted item housed in a huge box in the middle of family room for over three weeks is totally unacceptable.

While their lack of concern slayed me (would not respond to my may e-mails), it was the very rude representative stating there is No Pandemic and that I should be happy that my recliner was tracked to an individual out of Victorville who has been storing my chair for three weeks...Keeping in mind their policy relating to erroneous orders, customers are urged to accept the item and encouraged to use the product until the correct item is received. NOT!

I placed an order #898**** for $5798.88 on Sept 11, 2021 for a bedroom with delivery and white glove deluxe installation. On the 2nd of October I had contact from the third party delivery company (Ryder Last Mile) that the delivered head board received at the warehouse is broken and needed replacement.

They rescheduled delivery to November 1st.

On Nov 1st a broken headboard arrived at my house. A professional from the third party started assembling the room but found during the assembly that the hardboard is broken and paused a threat to safety. The delivery company took back the headboard. The rest of the bed could not be assembled.

A series of tickets were opened on the company website

Every time they reorder and I have to wait months and the order comes back broken again.

It is not a scratch or cosmetic. I'm talking about missing a leg or two.

This has repeated for 4 times with months in separation. When I requested a return and refund they refused and said it is beyond the 30-day return policy. When I filed a complaint with BBB, a representative from 1stopbedroom called and asked me to close the ticket so he can send the inspected reorder.

I closed the ticket and for two months they have been claiming that the delivery is with the third party who is not responding to them!

They refuse to disclose the third party name or the tracking number of the reorder but insisting it is not their fault but the fault of the third party who received the headboard and is not responding.

I gave money to 1stopbedroom not to the third party. This automatically makes 1stopbedroom legally responsible for all acts taken by their third party on their behalf. It is the responsibility of 1stopbedroom to deliver non broken furniture

They have announced this on their website and claimed legal responsibility for.

They are in breech of their own announced policy. They are in breech of business bona fide principle based on false claims and stalling techniques which makes you legally liable for compensation fees not to mention federal and state fines.

If it wasnt for the overwhelmed legal system I would be having this discussion in court.

Actually, my 1st email from them was 4/18 to let me know my refund was on the way. I told them I had a change in my banking info & gave an update.

My account was hacked on 5/16 for $1,161.16. Coincident?

I don’t know but I’ve never been hacked before. I assumed they had something to do with it as payback

I ordered & paid for furniture 1/19. Hadnt received it by April so I cancelled the order on 4/18.

Ive been unable to receive my refund of $1,414.93. People in customer service are rude & kept lying to me.

When I placed my order, they were trying to push me into letting them set the furniture up & tried to get me to take an extended warranty. I will NEVER do business with them again!!

The ship date has been changed FOUR times now. Each time we call customer service, they claim its scheduled to ship in a few days. Its been MONTHS.

Terrible service

Placed an order on September 21,2021 and every month since then my order details are updated to ship out in a month and then are updated on the expected ship date to extend another month. I cant get ahold of anyone and nobody has bothered to contact me.

I paid over $3k for a furniture set and would cancel if I could get ahold of someone. I will be suing for my money back eventually. Most recent update said shipping on February 25, 2022 and what do you know, checked tonight and thats been updated to March 29, 2022.

Save your sanity and order elsewhere. Note the order date of 9/21/21 in the attached image.

Poor Service, Cheap made furniture, does not honor their Protection Plan.

In April 2019 I purchased a Acme Dresden Sofa. Didnt received until August of 2019.

In a couple of months , I noticed there were little cracks , hoping, it wouldnt get any worse. But it did , in April 2020 I went ahead file claim. Claimed was approved. Sofa was on back order, and they would call when it stock.

I never received a call, Called them and the said sofa had been delivered, which it had not. So they had to wait on courier. They supposedly order another sofa, that sofa was lost. They Ordered another and tracked it down and found in a warehouse in Houston, but was closed to COVID.

To shorten this,, I started making calls a couple of weeks ago with a promise to be contacted with 48 hours.. never happened called again , same thing. Then i received email stating claim was cancelled due to wear and tear. Which was not the case.

The factory warranty was still in effect, and I purchased the Premium 5 Year Protection,, so one or the other should have covered.

I spent Over 8500.00 with them, was waiting for the issue to be resolved and to get my Sofa , then I was going to do another 8000.00 to 10,000.00 for bedroom suit and dinette set, which obviously not going to happen. Very unsatisfactory how this all has been handled.

Stear clear away from this company. Once they get your money they don't care if furniture is damage or missing.

You file a claim with them, to only get an email response that someone would be calling you in 24 to 48 hours, that never happens no one calls. When you call you get the run around.

Poor customer service. Save yourself a headache and alot of frustration don't shop here.

Scammers

5 months ago i ordered a bed , they kept changing delivery date. Kept promising it was coming.

Then it finally arrives but is completely damaged. Then they try sending same damaged bed back to me. Delivery service refuses to delivery because its too damaged . One stop is avoiding my calls and emails.

Finally speak to someone who point blank yelled at me and said " we will not refund you " its been a nightmare and they are trying to rip me off by not refunding me. Worst company ever
