Received wrong chair/recliner by way of over the threshold delivery, 1Stopbedroom is blaming Ryder Transportation and of course Ryder is placing the blame where it belongs, on 1Stopbedrooms. I'm a reasonable person so I understand mistakes happen, but to leave an unwanted item housed in a huge box in the middle of family room for over three weeks is totally unacceptable.

While their lack of concern slayed me (would not respond to my may e-mails), it was the very rude representative stating there is No Pandemic and that I should be happy that my recliner was tracked to an individual out of Victorville who has been storing my chair for three weeks...Keeping in mind their policy relating to erroneous orders, customers are urged to accept the item and encouraged to use the product until the correct item is received. NOT!

I placed an order #898**** for $5798.88 on Sept 11, 2021 for a bedroom with delivery and white glove deluxe installation. On the 2nd of October I had contact from the third party delivery company (Ryder Last Mile) that the delivered head board received at the warehouse is broken and needed replacement.

They rescheduled delivery to November 1st.

On Nov 1st a broken headboard arrived at my house. A professional from the third party started assembling the room but found during the assembly that the hardboard is broken and paused a threat to safety. The delivery company took back the headboard. The rest of the bed could not be assembled.

A series of tickets were opened on the company website

Every time they reorder and I have to wait months and the order comes back broken again.

It is not a scratch or cosmetic. I'm talking about missing a leg or two.

This has repeated for 4 times with months in separation. When I requested a return and refund they refused and said it is beyond the 30-day return policy. When I filed a complaint with BBB, a representative from 1stopbedroom called and asked me to close the ticket so he can send the inspected reorder.

I closed the ticket and for two months they have been claiming that the delivery is with the third party who is not responding to them!

They refuse to disclose the third party name or the tracking number of the reorder but insisting it is not their fault but the fault of the third party who received the headboard and is not responding.

I gave money to 1stopbedroom not to the third party. This automatically makes 1stopbedroom legally responsible for all acts taken by their third party on their behalf. It is the responsibility of 1stopbedroom to deliver non broken furniture

They have announced this on their website and claimed legal responsibility for.

They are in breech of their own announced policy. They are in breech of business bona fide principle based on false claims and stalling techniques which makes you legally liable for compensation fees not to mention federal and state fines.

If it wasnt for the overwhelmed legal system I would be having this discussion in court.

Actually, my 1st email from them was 4/18 to let me know my refund was on the way. I told them I had a change in my banking info & gave an update.

My account was hacked on 5/16 for $1,161.16. Coincident?

I don’t know but I’ve never been hacked before. I assumed they had something to do with it as payback

I ordered & paid for furniture 1/19. Hadnt received it by April so I cancelled the order on 4/18.

Ive been unable to receive my refund of $1,414.93. People in customer service are rude & kept lying to me.

When I placed my order, they were trying to push me into letting them set the furniture up & tried to get me to take an extended warranty. I will NEVER do business with them again!!

We ordered a couch on 12/31/21. The ship date was supposed to be the end of January!

The ship date has been changed FOUR times now. Each time we call customer service, they claim its scheduled to ship in a few days. Its been MONTHS.

They refuse to refund our almost $2300 because its too late since the couch is staged to ship! This company is a scam.

Placed an order on September 21,2021 and every month since then my order details are updated to ship out in a month and then are updated on the expected ship date to extend another month. I cant get ahold of anyone and nobody has bothered to contact me.

I paid over $3k for a furniture set and would cancel if I could get ahold of someone. I will be suing for my money back eventually. Most recent update said shipping on February 25, 2022 and what do you know, checked tonight and thats been updated to March 29, 2022.

Save your sanity and order elsewhere. Note the order date of 9/21/21 in the attached image.

In April 2019 I purchased a Acme Dresden Sofa. Didnt received until August of 2019.

In a couple of months , I noticed there were little cracks , hoping, it wouldnt get any worse. But it did , in April 2020 I went ahead file claim. Claimed was approved. Sofa was on back order, and they would call when it stock.

I never received a call, Called them and the said sofa had been delivered, which it had not. So they had to wait on courier. They supposedly order another sofa, that sofa was lost. They Ordered another and tracked it down and found in a warehouse in Houston, but was closed to COVID.

To shorten this,, I started making calls a couple of weeks ago with a promise to be contacted with 48 hours.. never happened called again , same thing. Then i received email stating claim was cancelled due to wear and tear. Which was not the case.

The factory warranty was still in effect, and I purchased the Premium 5 Year Protection,, so one or the other should have covered.

I spent Over 8500.00 with them, was waiting for the issue to be resolved and to get my Sofa , then I was going to do another 8000.00 to 10,000.00 for bedroom suit and dinette set, which obviously not going to happen. Very unsatisfactory how this all has been handled.

You file a claim with them, to only get an email response that someone would be calling you in 24 to 48 hours, that never happens no one calls. When you call you get the run around.

5 months ago i ordered a bed , they kept changing delivery date. Kept promising it was coming.

Then it finally arrives but is completely damaged. Then they try sending same damaged bed back to me. Delivery service refuses to delivery because its too damaged . One stop is avoiding my calls and emails.

Finally speak to someone who point blank yelled at me and said " we will not refund you " its been a nightmare and they are trying to rip me off by not refunding me. Worst company ever

Ordered $3,500 of Furniture on December 2.It was to be delivered on the 1st of January , It didn't show up, so I called to find out it would be sometime in March I canceled my order. 4 weeks later I still haven't received a refund, phone call or an email.

Same thing happened to me. After multiple emails I contacted the better Business bureau and emailed them informing them I was seeking legal action.

They miraculously found my furniture. It was delivered in pieces and about 5 months late. Stay away from this company at all cost.

Report to your bank ASAP you have 30 days to do this after the charges appear on your statement. Do not let that window close because you will be out a refund!

This company and it's "employees" are equivalent to a pile of dung sitting in a toilet bowl! They are disgusting people, they will lie and steal your money.

They will tell you your order is processing, and now its magically on a freight THAT IS UNTRACEABLE. The information they provide is scripted, and they lead you to believe your order is heading to a local hub - but when you're able to pull more info out of these people, this hub will have no data or eta on your order. THEY DO THIS because THEY know the customer will decide enough is enough and request to cancel. But, alas, you can't.

Because they'll revert to their script and claim it's "on a freight we cant cancel your order without charging you THEY will NOW double - triple charge you for restocking and weight fees. IT IS HOW they make their money. They use fake names, and copied and pasted email messages. They will send useless freight data, and will make sure that you do not get your goods ordered, in addition to a full refund.

The owner's name is fake; the company is listed under Payless Furniture Inc. New York in which this owner has had several other online registered / closed because hes a *** scam artist.

RUN DO NOT WALK YOU HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE TRUTH AS THE 5 REVIEWS are FAKE!!! I hope this place GOES DOWN IN FLAMES and these scammers are held accountable!!

Dishonest company, they will make promises on order status and delivery dates are inaccurate. Good luck getting through to customer service, where after sitting on hold for an hour you will be met with unacceptable policies thrown in your face.

And once they have your money, they are never giving it back.

No one ever calls you back, no escalation paths, and they frankly don't care. Fraud and a scam, STAY AWAY!

I ordered a sofa and chair for close to $3300.00 on July 29, 2021. They had a delivery date of 8/27/2021. They charged my card and 8/27/2021 came and went. I reached out and suddenly the delivery date was 10/19/2021. I said WHAT???? See chain of events from these losers. They even told me my tracking info was CONFIDENTIAL! Then this: Great news!

Your order has shipped out and is in transit to your local White Glove delivery terminal. Estimated arrival to your local White Glove delivery terminal: Nov 15, 2021 - Nov 22, 2021. Once it arrives you will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment.

Your order is estimated to arrive at the local delivery carrier the week of 12/12. Once they receive and process your order, they will reach out to you for scheduling. Please let me know if there is anything else I may assist you with.

I am sorry for the confusion, I have never pointed out that the tracking information is confidential. What I really cannot provide to you is the Bill of Lading that you were asking for. This kind of information cannot be shared.

Kindly note that there is no tracking number for this shipment as this freight company does not provide it and we are able to track the shipment only internally and provide you with updates whenever they become available.

So, no response from these *** I am disputing my charge and they can stuff the furniture.

Of course they did not. I have been through this exact same thing with these *** - it’s a scam.

No one gets their stuff and those that do receive broken / used demo crap and you can’t return it without paying a large fee. I can’t believe this place hasn’t been shut down yet.

They actually showed up 12/29. The trucking company was horrible and never returned phone calls, but I must say that the 2 delivery guys that showed up in a uhaul were extremely nice and unpacked my furniture and placed it where it needed to go. I will NEVER use 1st Stop for anything else and would NEVER recommend them!

I too went through this - and with enough twisting of their arms they sent me the “tracking” information I use that term loosely as after calling their “freight” people it’s nothing but BS anyway. But here is what I can tell you - they use Massood Logistics who is the distributor that contacts the freight line called stylineLogistics - who then merely contacts a local hub in your area RLM (Ryder Last Mile ) and they simply have a pending order awaiting an arrival, but aren’t given any details or ETA from Styline.

This is how 1stop plays the game of saying it’s shipped so they can charge freight - restocking fees. But I called each company and each one stated they had no goods for delivery or an ETA of when goods would be received. RLM was completely clueless.

NoOne received their orders, and the ones that do receive broken items, and the ones that say the do and it was “perfect and great experience” are *** incentive based / fake / fraudulent reviews.
