I have had to deal with a broken couch since November. Manufacturers warranty is for a year and extended warranty I purchased is for 5 years.
I have had the tech they sent out 3 times now and it's worse than when the problem began. Originally they denied it as wear and tear even though I had it for only 4 months. They then said it was covered. It took weeks to be "repaired" and as soon as it was sat on it buckled again.
Tech came out again after weeks of waiting and said it's defective and the one full seat needs to be replaced. It no longer reclines back and only the foot part moves. The angle makes it so you can't sit on it because it digs into you. They said they would send the tech again even though he had come out already and submitted the information.
Finally spoke to a claims manager Ramon A. Who said he would reach out to the tech and assured me it will be taken care of once and for all. He was supposed to call within the hour and instead I got an email saying they are not covering the repair and as a courtesy they would refund the $250 for the warranty. I don't want a refund of the warranty, I want a functional couch that was promised.
I can't imagine it being legal to unilaterally cancel the warranty and leave me with an unusable couch. I never purchase furniture without a warranty. I have so many videos and pictures that clearly show it's a structural defect and the tech submitting that. At this point they want to keep my money for the bad couch and refund the $250 and wash their hands of me.
I was searching for the warranty company info but it's actually their own warranty system in place. I put in another call and they said it will take 3 days to get a response from claims. Purchasing was smooth and the price was good but now it's turned into an almost 5 month nightmare. It feels like they hope people will give up but I'm tired of games companies play like this.
Now that I know they are the "warranty company " I'm leaving a review to warn other people of what to expect if you purchase something through them and buy their extended warranty. Unless they send the piece to correct the issue it is just a useless piece of furniture. Canceling a warranty because they do not want to repair covered items is not a "courtesy" it's fraud.
I will update if they fix the situation. Otherwise I will figure out which agencies to make complaints to.
The little you save buying here is not worth anything. Staying home for techs, all the phone calls and emails is worth finding somewhere local and paying double. Such a nightmare. UPDATE.
It's now May 9th and after being contacted and told they would repair or replace and I had to wait to find out which because of one excuse or another.
I have to try another route and if necessary file a small claims court. Be sure to keep all your e-mails and texts if you are needing repairs done.

Quality item for a reasonable price
The chairs are in perfect condition. Packaging was also very good.
Can’t beat the price plus free shipping.
Not to mention that it arrived very quickly! Overall I’m very happy with this purchase.

Quick delivery and good quality
The delivery was free and quick and was the cheapest cost we could find for the bench. The assembly was quick and simple and is a much more sturdy bench than what we had replaced it with.
