I purchased a living room furniture set for them and had began to believe I was being scammed because of the lack of communication and being told several different dates of when to expect delivery of the furniture. However it took a month and a half to arrive and once it did arrive I was very pleased for the quality of the furniture is A grade and the delivery men was very respectful and handle the furniture with care. My only suggestion to 1Stopbedrooms is that they should be more forthcoming with the process of delivery before the customer places their orders. Also reevaluate the customer service team and probably train them on how to address a customer that is upset because they have spent money and had to wait, wait, and wait. Otherwise I would shop with them again.

They refuse to honor their warranty. Hand lever to release foot kickouts broke on my 3 year on loveseat. I have a 5 year warranty. They classify it as "normal wear and tear". The "Guardian 5 year" plan specifies they cover breakage of reclining mechanism.

Counterfeit mattress that took too long to arrive and is now unreturnable

Where do I start? First, the delivery for this queen mattress by Beautyrest took much longer than advertised. Once we contacted the company, we were given the run around. Several calls over several weeks, with rude staff, continuing to provide lies for which we were left wondering if we would ever receive our mattress. Meanwhile we asked them why they added on a $350 warranty that we never approved. During this time (thankfully), I contested the purchase with my bank as fraud. The $350 was reversed by the bank, while the remaining $4000 for the mattress was investigated. Magically the mattress suddenly is scheduled for delivery, but only 2 months after promised. Once the mattress arrived, it was time to finally get a good nights sleep. Spending $4k on a mattress major brand name, Beautyrest, we were relieved. But the first night was not comfortable. I thought to give it some time as they said it would take a while to break in. But weeks later the bed ended up caving in for both of us. Note that I am only 150 pounds and my wife is about 95 pounds or so. We are lightweight compared to most Americans. Ye the bed was caving in so badly, that I was waking up in pain. The mattress we received was not of good quality. If not a counterfeit, I suspect they sent us one that was not supposed to be sold (all manufacturing has occasional quality issues, including less than 100% yield--meaning some attrition to production where some mattresses should be rejected).Well, we received a defective bed, because my wife previously owned this exact model, and that bed lasted many years without this issue. So in conclusion, 1 Stop Bedrooms is a scam. Fortunately for us, we succeeded in having the bank reverse all of the charges due to a non delivery. Despite eventually receiving the bed, we didn't say anything to our bank, as we noticed the quality of the mattress was very poor. The product was out of the company's warranty, and we knew that we would have a hard time starting a new case with the bank. And after the expiration for 1 Stop to contest the reversed charges, we were able to succeed in the original claim of no delivery, despite being delivered--but in the end having received a defective mattress with no pathway for honoring a return with full refund. Call it dumb luck on our part. Either way they got what they deserve and I will be making sure to tell the entire internet that this company is a fraud.

Two of your employees have been spamming me via email. I originally contacted your company to put in a warranty claim and the two employees have not honored my warranty. The employees instead have taken an extra step of spamming me via email by sending a repeat message every single day in the month of July. When I reply they dont return a reply. All I ever receive are their emails saying that theyre monitoring the situation. They arent. Im pretty sure theres a hefty fine for companies spamming customers. I find it troubling that your company allows such behavior from its employees. Please have someone contact me. The employees names are Dawn S and Sabrina L.

I purchased a Magnussen tv stand in March 30 2023 I stayed in contact with this company and all they did was lie after lie I called the manufacturer and shipper and the shipper never received my order. It is now June and still haven't received order. Just a week ago they called me and said they are re shipping it and it still the same bs. Save your money go to Overstock th5e ship out in 2 days and will replace a order if damaged. I ordered from the same company Magnussen a cocktail table it shipped that same week 1stop called me it arrived on last Thursday. I called that same day and reported the damage and they shipped a new one out the next day and will arrive around Fri. And I purchased the end tables to this set around the time I placed the original order with 1stop and they arrived just as fast

I ordered a kitchen table and stools on 4/22/2023. The site said they would ship on 4/24/2023. The stools shipped on time and arrived. The table did not. I gave it some time and called them on 5/18/2023 to see what was going on. The customer service called the supplier and came back saying they did not have it in the warehouse and did not have an estimated ship date. I let customer service know that I had found it locally, and wanted to cancel the order. The customer service transferred me to someone else to cancel. They called the supplier to make sure the item had not shipped and canceled the order pending confirmation from the supplier. fast forward to 2/23/2023, I got a text from Fedex that the item had shipped. I called 1stopbedrooms who at first argued with me saying it hadn't shipped, but then acknowledged it shipped. I let them know I already purchased the item somewhere else on 5/18 and they need to stop this shipment. They refused and now want over 400 to ship it back. 2.25 per pound. and then 15%. I am disputing this with the bank, and reporting to Better Business Bureau. Buyer beware! Got an email saying that it would cost me $473.00 cancellation fee!

I purchased a credenza in November 2022 and have yet to receive it. Delivery was suppose to be in January 2023. I paid for an extended warranty and for white glove delivery as well. I got a phone call, 2 days prior, to notice of delivery. It was around 1/17/23 that the delivery company called me. I spoke with them on 1/19/23 and they had one delivery day option for the next day only. Unfortunately, I was already working that day and could not arrange for someone else to be at my home. The delivery person sent me a text, which I still have, and said for me to text my off days and they can deliver when they come back, in about 2 weeks. Well, 2 weeks never came and I never heard from them again. I actively picked-up trying to find out where my order was and when could it be delivered in beginning of April. Since then, I have had an on going email thread with Megan, who only responds after 3-4 days of receiving an email. She is from the customer support team. While waiting for answers, I politely asked if they could do a price match, since I found the item for $200 less or if they could waive the shipping/white glove fee, since it had been so long and Im still waiting. Those requests were ignored/not acknowledged, and then when I brought it up again, she posts their price match guarantee link, which states that I had a week to request a price match and that my item was on sale at the time. Its most definitely contradictory considering they also said I would have had my item back in January and have been giving me the run around since. I finally got fed-up on Friday, 5/26/23 and asked to speak with a manager, someone who could help me get a refund because this process and means of communication is a terrible. The rep on the phone of course said that they will put in a request, that there is no manager to speak with at this time and someone will call me back. Additionally, I sent Megan an email that day, about wanting a refund, and I have still not had a response from anyone. I am seeking a full refund as this company seem like crooks, take your money and then disappear. The communication is horrible and its been 1/2 a year and I still have not gotten my furniture piece or my money back. Its now a week letter and I still have not heard any response yet.

Waited 5 mo this for a couch advised it was on nationwide backorder. They allowed me to cancel for a FULL refund. This was two weeks ago. I was sent a confirmation email that the order was canceled and my full refund of $2936 would be returned. Its been past the 72 hours no refund. They advised I needed to have my dispute (paid w affirm) closed. I closed the dispute. It wa confirmed by their phone agents they received the closed dispute notification as well as confirmed via affirm that they sent notice that it was closed to the merchant. I was told at 3 am today my money would be returned. As of 2:54pm no refund they close in 2 hours. So I was lied to. They sent an email as if my order was cancelled to show they cancelled it but kept my money and I never even got a couch or any product. They have only one rep Kristian Y. Responding to me. She clearly doesnt live in the United States considering she only is able to respond at 3 am so there is a lack of communication. She keeps lying and giving me the run around. I just want my money. I still have to make payments as I paid through affirm u til the money is refunded. I have no couch. I will be suing for my full refund as well as emotional damages for the process they have put me through as a pregnant woman.

Horrible Experience

Horrible company. I want to give them 0 stars. I have ordered a sofa from 1 stop bedroom. com on September 2022. They told me that it's back-ordered. Knowing that, I immediately called them to cancel my order. They told me over the phone that that order is cancelled and I will get the full refund. Till this date, I have not received my refund. I want full refund of $2126.89 This has already given me lot of mental and physical stress, since I am a heart patient. I will directly blame this company, if anything happens to me because of the stress they are giving me. They don't care. They just want your money. I have already complained and opened a case with BBB and NY Attorney general office. Please read all the complaints on BBB website about this company. There are 60 plus pages of complaints about this company. Read all the NEGATIVE reviews on google. There are MANY. Just filter all lowest rating reviews here on google and you will see how they make money by delaying your order which then you can even cancel unless you pay them 15% restocking fees plus return shipping fees of $2.25 per lbs. They use paid fake positive reviews to boost their review ratings on Google. BEWARE of this company. Save your money and stress and don't buy from them.

If you like anything on this site, just search for it and buy it directly from manufacturer or buy it elsewhere. Cut out this middleman with terrible customer service.

Bought a matching dresser set.

Half of order was sent, other half backordered. Backorder was delayed 4 times. Upon cancelling the never arriving backorder, I was told refund instructions for the other half of the order would be sent. Those never came.

Upon contacting them again, I was told I could not return the other half of the order because it was beyond 30 days since delivery. I'm left with half of a dresser set and no resolution. Customer Service is the worst I've experienced in my life. They will shoot any angle to defraud you of your money.

They will lie about delivery and will lie about refunds to squeeze money out of you then will go silent on all communication.

Look at the BBB complaints against this company (they never responded to mine, by the way). In my opinion, when looking at their 5 star reviews on various sites, they appear to be fake and paying for reviews to counteract the insanely high number of irate reviews.

I wish I could give negative stars. This company overpromises inexpensive furniture to be delivered ASAP for free.

What a load of garbage. First, the upsell because "we can't deliver free to your area." Then, "the item you ordered is back-ordered. Please wait a few weeks." Then, "it's still back ordered you can keep waiting or receive a refund." By this time, I have no confidence in this company and opt for a refund. That was nearly 10 days ago, and still no refund.

When I called to demand an ETA on the refund, I was hung up on.

I've filed a chargeback with my bank against this fraudulent operation. STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY

Wanting to throw time and money away? read how

I placed an order months ago and was PROMISED a delivery date. With that being said, it came and went.

Ive contacted customer service so many times that 2 women remember me so much, that they have attitudes when I call in to ask about what is going on with my order. Now I am beyond annoyed, frustrated and every other word you can think of that I cant put in here because yet again I was PROMISED to have information BEFORE they closed today at 6pm. Of course I dont and my order has STILL NOT SHIPPED. This is the absolute worst customer service, worst company, and worst experience Ive ever had with buying furniture.

So, with that being said, if you enjoy waiting endlessly for furniture, horrible customer service and $2000 missing from your bank account without anything to show for it, then this company is for you!!

Otherwise, I would stay away from 1 stop bedrooms. One stop to *** is what it should be called.

Horrible - no way to communicate with them

terrible experience ! still waiting on my furniture, after almost two months

I placed my order August 22, second week of September they attempted a delivery which I did not accept because they shipped only 2 out of the 4 dining chairs I ordered.

After contacting them for a claim, they places my order on "hold" for a week and they did not reattempt delivery. I, then, disputed with my credit card company and 1stop contacted me to close the dispute and they were going to work on reshipping order .

I have been calling every day since September 12, and no help. Please please someone assist- my phone number is 305 926 ****

I purchased something on the website and tried since the very next day to cancel the order. I was treated rudely a service member burped into the phone at me.

They pretty much bullied me into not canceling, except one of my items was OK to be canceled, which makes no sense with any of their other policies, needless to say Ive now had to go to the Better Business Bureau and have to hire an attorney to help me get my money back.

It is now almost October and Ive only received one clock which is $254 for my $7500 purchase do not go to this company go through an actual retailer that can contact customer service in a healthy way not the discrimination and complete disregard I have received from these men. I have not been able to speak to one woman in this entire company.

1Stopbedroom is refusing to honor the written warranty on my sofa.

I purchased an extended warranty which states I can get a repair or replacement if a dog's claw damages the furniture. I sent them photos of the damage and they said they can not repair or replace the furniture because it is discontinued.

I advised them per the written warranty this qualifies for a full but they refused.

Their first offer was to refund the warranty itself. I refused and sent them screen shots of the warranty that states I should get a FULL REFUND.

Their second offer was to give me a 50% in-store credit. I again refused stating I am NOT interested in any of their furniture (especially with their LONG history of delaying shipping by over a year) and would like a full refund of $560.24 as the contract states. They are refusing to accept this.

I informed them this is a breach of contract and I will take legal action if necessary. I have already filed with the BBB.

Buyer beware! This is a battle you do not want to get into and if you see this post still up you know they have NOT refunded me no matter what they say to make sure their reviews says to stay "positive".
