I highly recommend 1StopBedrooms!

The furniture came sooner than expected and in perfect condition. I tried two times to get this same console table from Ashley and both times it came in pieces.

Found out about 1StopBedrooms by accident and saved $300 for the exact same console table. The salesman at Ashley told me the furniture from 1StopBedrooms is second hand and could be damaged which was not true.

My piece was brand new and, again, saved $300!!! I highly recommend 1StopBedrooms if you are looking for furniture, especially if you are shopping at Ashley, as it is the same exact furniture at lower prices!!!!

We will definitely purchase a new complete bedroom set with 1StopBedrooms

For the past two weeks, I have been searching for s KingXL headboard, footboard & rails that matched my bedroom set. We purchased an adjustable base bed, and we didn't want to over spend.

One day, while scrolling on line, 1StopBedrooms popped up on my screen. I couldn't believe the quality of furniture I saw on there website! I was so close to purchasing a brand new set! When I finally made my decision, I called.

Coby was extremely kind and professional. He assured me that I would be receiving both a sturdy and a quality set. He helped me start my order. Soon after, he called me back in order to complete my order.

I have no doubt, that in the future; we will definitely purchase a new complete bedroom set with 1StopBedrooms. They have the same quality furniture as top furniture stores have, at an affordable cost. I can't wait for it to arrive next week!

They are definitely worth it!

My husband and I have shopped with 1StopVedrooms twice now. Once in 2020 and now again in 2023.

They have amazing modern contemporary furniture for a great price compared to so many other places. The customer service is great as well. If you are questioning going with them, don't.

I did when I first came across them, but I'm glad we decided to purchase furniture from them. They are definitely worth it.

Would definitely recommend!

Good experience overall; got the sofa we wanted at a cheaper price than other stores had it offered at. Delivery was professional and well communicated.

I do wish that the time between ordering and delivery hadn't been quite as long - the initial quoted time ended up being incorrect. But even those delays were communicated well and we were kept informed along the way.

Would definitely recommend. Thanks!

It just doesn’t get any better or easier than this!

Janice Gingras- This was the easiest and by far the least stressful experience I have ever had with purchasing furniture. You literally find what you want on their website and call and place your order!

They give you an estimated delivery time and that is it! No calls with delays. Not even a call that they can’t find me. Just plain and simple old fashioned service with a smile!

They do exactly what they say and when they say it! The delivery men called when they were less than an hour away and when they arrived at the end of a very long day they still had a smile on their faces and was ready to go the extra mile to complete our delivery to our satisfaction. I was very skeptical at first and read a lot of reviews before placing my order for an entire master bedroom set. But after all my research I threw caution to the wind and placed my order and I am so glad I did!

It just doesn’t get any better or easier than this! This review literally took more effort than ordering.

Great customer service

I just bought a leather loveseat sofa for a very competitive price. Lots of choices so I called in to get help and talked to Kobi who did a wonderful job of helping me find the best fit for my needs.

He saved me a ton of time. He knew the products very well, did an excellent job at answering all my questions and pointing me to products that fit what I was looking for.

He was very quick to process the order when I made a selection. Very impressed with the website, the prices, and the phone support from Kobi.

Great price! Good Quality furniture!

Big Beautiful Dresser! It feels a lot bigger in our bedroom, than we expected, but love it!

Great price! Good Quality! VERY Heavy! We ordered the dresser online on April 14th and it was just delivered today.

It took a while, but we were told it would, but it was worth the wait!

We are very happy with our purchase so far!!! Thank you 1StopBedrooms for having reasonably priced, good quality furniture!!!

WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN

I made my order on December 26, 2023, and received it from 1 stop bedroom.com on January 2, 2024. it came with the wrong armless chair which was huge and took a big part of my apartment it made my living hard with 2 kids.

They took the wrong part after a few weeks but until today January 31, 2024, I didn't receive my correct armless chair. I have been calling them the whole month everyone told me something different they said the process takes 3 days then it takes 3 weeks then we found it then the replacement am confused I don't know who to believe I asked to speak to the manager or supervisor they didn't let me talk with them.

I paid more than 4000 dollars but until today am missing part of my furniture they haven't apologized or refunded or anything am unsatisfied sad tired and need my missing part. They have really bad customer service each person says something different long wait times to fix the problem, and you can't reach the manager or supervisor they will not let you speak with anyone.

So far not so good experience..

Ordered my sofa on January 15th 2024. supposed to have shipped on January 17th.

Then they said the 25th...this is the 27th still not shipped. I feel like I'm getting the run around.

User's recommendation: Don't be in a hurry.

Similar to many other reviews I've seen here the same thing is happening to me. I placed the order and the ship date was Dec.

6. I thought for sure I'd receive it in time for Christmas. Just prior to the holidays delivery was pushed to 1/14. After calling customer service and speaking to "Anthony" I looked further into reviews.

Luckily my purchase was via Credit card rather than a Debit card.

I've contacted my CC company to initiate a dispute. If you feel like giving money away there are better options out there than these ***

I LOVE OUR NEW COUCH!

Shopping on the website was very easy to navigate and they have a lot of promotions! The number of items they have on their website provides a lot of variety so that you will be able to find something for your home!

In this case, I bought the Ashley Sophie Light Grey Chaise couch. I LOVE OUR NEW COUCH! It’s so amazing and definitely worth the wait for the shipping!

The only problem that I had with my order was that I got an email that said that delivery was going to be delayed for another month but the couch arrived a couple days later. Regardless, I got the couch and it’s very amazing :)

Cheers to your good service!

The four chairs were immaculate and assembly was simple. The chair set enhanced our wrought iron table legs.

The website made for easy shopping and the illustrations made my choice for the chair set accommodating.

The WORST customer service on the planet!!! AVOID!!!

Both my sofa and loveseat arrived damaged. Took 2 months to get replacement material...

Which was the wrong material. Repair techs scheduled wrong days... I came home 2x unnecessarily. 2nd time the material was also wrong.

Flash-forward 7 MONTHS later and material was still WRONG. I had provided VERY detailed pics of the damage, yet the 1StopBedrooms customer service rep tried saying maybe it was me. Seriously??? And then wanted to further 'troubleshoot' with Ashley.

I offered to hire someone locally to just repair my furniture- They declined. I had to call them multiple times to get a status update... Promises every_single_day to get a resolution 'by the end of the day' with no call back. I finally told them to come pick up the furniture...

But no... It's beyond the 30 day purchase date. I told them I would file a dispute. The response: Well, then we can't work with you anymore.

Are you serious??? Have you really worked with me over the last 7 months???

Avoid at ALL COSTS.
